    Our homes feature robust 2x6 studs placed 16 inches apart, rather than the industry standard 2x4 studs at 24 inches. This construction method provides enhanced stability and strength to the structure.

  • Can we tour the modular factory with a factory representative?

    Absolutely. We'd be delighted to arrange a guided tour of our modular factory at a time that's convenient for you. A knowledgeable representative will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

  • What does this price quote not include? Can the job be done totally turnkey, including the building permit cost?

    We believe in transparent pricing, so our initial quotes are comprehensive. We're more than happy to discuss a fully turnkey project, which can include building permit costs. Our aim is to provide a clear and complete picture of your investment from the start.
