1.Can we have a list of (5) references with phone numbers in which you have built a home for in the past year?
Valley Custom Homes INC will provide multiple references upon your request.
2.What is the exterior wall construction?
Valley Custom Homes INC has 2×6 studs instead of 2×4 and 16″ on center instead of 24”
3.Can we tour the Modular factory with a factory representative?
YES! Just request a time frame you would like to visit and Valley Custom Homes INC will schedule your personal tour at the factory with a representative!
4.What does this price quote NOT include? Can the job be done totally turn-key including the building permit cost?
Many dealers and builders will not quote a project turn-key initially making it sound attractive. Then after you get into the process they will raise cost for items that are a must anyway and try and make money on “change orders.”
5.Will we have our access to communication with the Project Manager?
